Additional Milling Services
All boards or face jointed and edge jointed, so you know the boards are flat and straight. This leaves the maximum amount of width and thickness on each board (width and thickness will vary by board). If you would like your boards milled to a specific width or thickness, please add "Additional Milling Services" to your order.
We will do our best to select the right boards for every order. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to make it right.
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Approved returns are eligible for account credit only, not a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Email info@hardwoodlumbershop.com with your receipt and the reason for your return. If your order arrived damaged or is unsatisfactory, please include photos to help us review your request promptly.
If we accept your return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Please send them to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved and confirm when the credit has been added to your account. Please allow up to one week after approval for the credit to appear.

Shipping Policy Hardwood Lumber Shop ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Items weighing more than 40 pounds may incur additional shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Issues If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order, email info@hardwoodlumbershop.com to report a delayed, damaged, or lost shipment. Once the carrier picks up your order, the carrier handles delivery. If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and experience a delay, damage, or a lost package, please contact the carrier directly to start a claim or investigation.
